I am already capped out at my current brokerage. What happens with that money?

Axen Realty is one of the only brokerages to HONOR COMMISSION FEES paid to other brokers. (Ex. Paid $8k to your current broker = fully capped @ Axen w/ $6k cap. If paid less than $6k to your current broker: Paid $4k to current broker, New Axen Cap = $2k)

Is E&O included?

Yes! Axen carries blanket E&O but does not charge its agents monthly or per transaction E&O fees!

I have pending transactions what happens with those?

Axen Realty makes it as easy as possible to transfer active transactions over. Fees are assessed on the basis of procuring cause when the transaction was placed under contract. Axen does not want fees it is not entitled to.

Do I have to join the MLS or NAR?

NO! Axen Realty has an MLS and non-MLS brokerage available in each state so agents will have a choice to join the MLS or not!

What if I’m tied up with stock or profit share at my current brokerage?

Many agents find the long-term upside at Axen outweighs stock or profit share programs that take years to vest with other brokerages. If you currently have rev share with your broker, bring your downline to Axen (you'll make more money anyway)!
